If you are looking to stay within a fixed budget for your big day, there are many tools out there to help you do so!

Here are a few that Anar Party Rentals has found to be the most useful!

1) PartyPop.com (http://www.partypop.com/budget_calculator.htm)
2) PWG.com (http://my.perfectweddingguide.com/tools/wedding_budget_calculator.asp)
3) TopWeddingSites.com (http://www.topweddingsites.com/wedding-budget-calculator.html)

You may also need tools for Tent Sizing our Dance Floor Sizing. Start with our sites FAQ page to get some quick answers: (http://www.anarpartyrental.com/faq.php)

Also there are ways to maximize your dollars for your event. Always be sure to look for coupons. Most vendors will have coupons in some magazine or online publication. Before booking with a vendor make sure to check all of your resources for any discounts you may apply!

Also, make sure that you talk to other brides out there. Blogs and forums are the best ways to find the latest information! If you are located in Southern California, the BridalInsider.com is a must! Read other posters experiences and learn from them, so that you can get the most bang for your buck!

  1. We just planned our wedding locally using www.theparty.net and found companies we never even heard of because they search by your zip code. Worked great!

  2. Good to know about these party rentals. Was looking for a wedding planner and a catering service for my niece’s wedding at one of Los Angeles event venues and soon found out best services and hired them. Really liked their work.
